Not what you’d expect from your typical attorney, eh? That’s right; I’m not your typical attorney when it comes to client convenience. I have a busy schedule, but I also realize that your time is valuable and in short supply as well. That’s why I’m willing to meet you more than half way. Although I’m located in Anoka, Minnesota, I travel to locations throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding areas to meet my clients at locations that are convenient to them. It’s just one more way that I try to make the process of assisting a loved one with an issue regarding elder law, medical assistance planning, and estate planning a little easier.

Legal Counsel That Understands

I have lived and experienced much of what my clients are going through. This experience helps me to be more sensitive to the personal issues that are present when I handle medical assistance planning and estate planning for senior citizens. I approach my cases, not only from the perspective of a knowledgeable attorney who deals daily with the elder law needs of the senior citizens, but from the perspective someone who has had to deal with these issues on a personal level. These issues can be emotionally difficult to sort through. Combining my experiences as an ordained pastor and a seasoned attorney, I take what I know from both worlds and apply it personally to each and every client I help. I listen to their concerns and then carefully guide them through the options that best suit their needs.
